The first cut is made 10 s after the video starts, when the ring perimeter is 38 µm. The second cut is made 44 s after the video starts, at the site where the repair from the first cut occurred, when ring perimeter is 32.5 µm. Images are single planes. Time is in seconds. The video playback rate is eight frames per second.
