Migration of BMDCs into ear lymphatic vessels. Mature BMDCs generated from wild-type and Sema4A knockout mice were fluorescently labeled (wild type, green; Sema4A knockout, blue), mixed 1:1, and used for live-cell imaging in an ex vivo ear crawl migration assay. The video was recorded over 45 min. This video was shot at seven frames per second.
