Live MT aster dynamics visualized with injected fluorescent tubulin. The MT aster was visualized by injecting fluorescent tubulin solution. Images were obtained by time-lapse spinning-disk confocal microscopy (Ti-Eclipse Nikon combined with CSU-X1 spinning head Yokogawa). Frames were taken every 30 s for 17 min.
