HUVECs expressing mCherry-Rac1 were pretreated with TNF for 7 h and stimulated with thrombin between 60 and 100 min. Rac1 vesicular movement was recorded by time-lapse confocal microscopy at 15-s intervals during a minimum of 5 min. Arrowheads point to mCherry-Rac–positive vesicles.
