SHIP2 depletion does not affect Mena localization to Paxillin-positive focal adhesions. MDA-MB-231 cells were transiently cotransfected with mCherry-Paxillin and GFP-Mena, cultured on gelatin matrix for 24 h, and subjected to time-lapse video microscopy.
