SHIP2 depletion affects Mena localization with respect to actin core. MDA-MB-231-pLKO.1 or MDA-MB-231-shSHP2 cells were transiently cotransfected with GFP-Mena and tagRFP-LifeAct, cultured on gelatin matrix for 24 h, and subjected to time-lapse video microscopy.
