SHIP2 depletion does not affect random cell migration. MDA-MB-231 cells stably transduced with lentiviral vector pLKO.1 or pLKO.1 carrying shRNA duplex targeting SHIP2 were subjected to phase-contrast video microscopy. Images were acquired every 5 min for 24 h, and the last 8 h of the video is displayed at 3/10 of a second per frame. MDA-MB-231-pLKO.1 cells are displayed on the left and MDA-MB-231-shRNA cells on the right.
