Cat-delPACT-H2B GFP-HeLa live-cell imaging of HeLa cells expressing histone H2B–GFP and Cat-delPACT. HeLa cells expressing histone H2B–GFP (green) were infected with retrovirus containing the Cat-PACT gene, synchronized at G1–S, and released in fresh medium. Live-cell images were obtained using a laser-scanning confocal microscope (Nikon A1R) and processed with NIS elements AR 3.0 software (Nikon). Frames were taken every 30 min for 13.5 h.
