Localization of TAGLN2, Arp3, and F-actin in Jurkat T cells placed on anti-CD3/28–coated coverslips. J-TG2_GFP cells on anti-CD3/28 coverslips were stained for Arp3 with anti-Arp3 antibody and TRITC-conjugated anti–mouse IgG (red) and F-actin with Alexa Fluor 647–phalloidin (blue). Z-stack images were obtained using a laser scanning confocal microscope (FV1000; Olympus). 3D image reconstruction and localization analysis were performed using Volocity software (PerkinElmer).
