Time-lapse analysis of yeast cells coexpressing Spa2-Cherry with Epo1-GFP. Cells were incubated at 30°C on SD complete. Frames were taken every 3 min for 120 min using a DeltaVision life cell imaging unit (Applied Precision). Selected stills are shown in Fig. 2 B.
