Time-lapse recording of neutrophils undergoing NETosis. Neutrophils were stimulated with PMA, and a z stack was generated for 2 h and 25 min on a confocal microscope. Directly labeled antibody fragments against NE (green) and chromatin (red) in the supernatant depict formation of NETs in the final phase.
