(Related to Fig. 7 D) HeLa cell–overexpressing GFP-CLASP2 S_A Plk1 mutant (green and video in the middle) with chromosomes marked with mCherry-H2B Histone (red and video on the right) followed by spinning disk confocal microscopy (Andor based on an Olympus IX81). Each frame represents a maximal intensity projection acquired every 3 min. Expression of GFP-CLASP2 S_A Plk1 mutant causes a significant delay in mitosis due to the presence of misaligned chromosomes. Time is shown in hours:minutes.
