The motion of Atg9 vesicles was not altered after the treatment with latrunculin A. ATG9-2×GFP ABP140-mCherry cells were treated with 100 µg/ml latrunculin A (LatA) for 20 min. Images were analyzed by time-lapse microscopy at 32 ms/frame using an inverted microscope (IX71).
