Atg9 vesicles were highly mobile in the cytoplasm. ATG9-2×GFP atg11Δ atg17Δ cells were treated with rapamycin for 3 h. Images were analyzed by time-lapse microscopy at 20 ms/frame using an inverted microscope (IX71). The numbers at the top left indicate seconds and milliseconds.
