Repetitive translocation of αCaMKII to dendritic sites near synapses. Time-lapse imaging of a neuron expressing mGFP-αCaMKII showing repetitive accumulation of CaMKII in dendritic hot spots near synapses during multiple 0Mg2+/Gly stimulations (3–5 min each).
