Video 4.

Reduction of RhoA protein switches the mode to lamellipodia-based 3D migration in the CDM. This time-lapse video shows an elongated HFF expressing GFP-actin migrating inside the CDM 72 h after transfection with RhoA siRNA. Note the lamellipodia and absence of rapid lateral blebbing after RhoA siRNA treatment. GFP-actin was captured at one frame/10 s using a spinning-disc confocal microscope (Axiovert 200M). The video plays at 14 frames/s.
