In the merge, For2A-GFP and Lifeact-mCherry are false-colored magenta and cyan, respectively. Images were continuously acquired for at least 30 s with 80-msec exposure time for each frame using dual-view VAEM (Nikon Ti-E body equipped with TIRF). Video plays at 10 frames per second.
