Localization of Tks5-WT during cell–cell fusion. RAW264.7 cells expressing RFP-tagged wild-type Tks5 (Tks5-WT) were stimulated with 10 ng/ml RANKL for 48 h. ZsGreen1 was separately expressed as an internal control, and differential interference contrast (DIC) images were also obtained. Images were analyzed by time-lapse confocal microscopy using a laser-scanning confocal microscope (TCS SP5). Frames were taken every 3 min for 42 min.
