Inhibitory effect of dynasore on CCP dynamics. Topographical SICM imaging of a Cos-7 cell membrane in the presence of a cell-permeable inhibitor of dynamin, dynasore (80 µM). The scan size is 5 × 5 µm, and frames were acquired at 30 s/frame, 256 pixels/line, and 128 lines/image. The experiment was performed at 28°C.
