Representative nmy-2(RNAi); mei-1(ct46); ebp-2–gfp one-cell C. elegans embryo. Time-lapse DIC images were acquired every 5 s before and after EB1-GFP stream acquisition (acquired every 300 ms during late metaphase/anaphase). All images were acquired with a camera (ORCA-R2) on an inverted microscope (IX81; 60×, NA 1.42 oil objective) with a spinning-disc confocal head (CSU10) modified with a condenser lens in the optical path controlled by MetaMorph software. Time is in seconds and milliseconds.
