Overexpression of kinase-defective HPK1 increases SLP76 microcluster persistence. J14-SLP76-YFP cells transfected with HPK1-KD-mCherry were dropped on anti-CD3–coated coverslips and imaged with a spinning-disk confocal microscope (UltraVIEW) for 10 min, being acquired at one image/20 s. Separate green (SLP76-YFP; left) and red channels (HPK1-mCherry; middle) as well merged images (right) are shown, reproduced at four images/second.
