Images are single confocal sections focused on the top section of the dividing cell at each time point, acquired with a microscope (model IX-71; Olympus) equipped with a spinning-disk confocal unit (Ultra-view RS; PerkinElmer) and an Orca-ER camera (Hamamatsu Photonics).
