Time-lapse movie of fluorescence micrographs of an adf1-1 cell expressing GFP-Myo2p (myosin heavy chain). Images are maximum intensity projections (ImageJ) of Z-series of confocal stacks at each time point, acquired with a microscope (model IX-71; Olympus) equipped with a spinning-disk confocal unit (model CSU X-1; Yokogawa) and an EMCCD camera (Ixon; Andor). The fully formed contractile ring broke down into clusters of Myo2 when the cell was shifted to the restrictive temperature of 36°C at time 0 (Fig.S5 E shows the same cell). Time in minutes.
