Time-lapse movie of fluorescence micrographs of a wild-type cell expressing Rlc1p-3GFP at 36°C. Images are maximum intensity projections (ImageJ) of Z-series of confocal stacks at each time point, acquired with a microscope (model IX-71; Olympus) equipped with a spinning-disk confocal unit (Ultra-view RS; PerkinElmer) and an Orca-ER camera (Hamamatsu Photonics). The broad band of nodes coalesced into a contractile ring and the ring constricted completely (Fig. S1 B shows the same cell). Time in minutes.
