GFP-SLAIN2 does not track MT plus ends in metaphase cells. HeLa cells stably expressing GFP-SLAIN2 were imaged using spinning-disk microscopy with a spinning disk installed on an inverted research microscope (Eclipse Ti-E) with a 491-nm laser and a 0.5-s exposure time without delay between frames for 50 s.
