HeLa cells, transiently expressing GFP–ch-TOG (green) and mCherry-SLAIN2 (red) were imaged using TIRF microscopy on a research microscope (Eclipse Ti-E) equipped with TIRF-E motorized TIRF illuminator (PICT-IbiSA) with 491- and 561-nm lasers and a 0.5-s exposure time without delay between frames for 50 s
