Anaphase in bir1 Δ591–640 cells expressing Cdc14-GFP and CFP-Tub1. bir1 Δ591–640 cells expressing Cdc14-GFP (green) and CFP-Tub1 (red) were filmed at an ambient temperature by time-lapse confocal microscopy using a microscope (DeltaVision Deconvolution) fitted with a camera (IX70) and a 60×/1.40 NA oil immersion objective lens. Frames were taken every 2 min for 3 h. Playback is at five frames per second. Bar, 5 µm.
