LY294002 treatment disassembles invadopodia in MDA-MB-231 cells expressing Venus-cortactin. MDA-MB-231 cells stably expressing Venus-cortactin were cultured on gelatin-coated glass-bottom dishes and treated with 20 µM LY294002. Cells were imaged by epifluorescence time-lapse microscopy using a microscope (IX81-ZDC-DSU). Frames were taken every minute for 16 min and are displayed at six frames per second. Invadopodia enriched with cortactin disassembled immediately after addition of LY294002.
