LY294002 treatment disassembles invadopodia in MDA-MB-231 cells expressing GFP-actin. MDA-MB-231 cells stably expressing GFP-actin were cultured on gelatin-coated glass-bottomed dishes and treated with 20 µM LY294002. Cells were imaged by epifluorescence time-lapse microscopy using a microscope (IX81-ZDC-DSU). Frames were taken every minute for 30 min and are displayed at six frames per second. Corresponding still images are shown in Fig. S1 G.
