Two-photon time-lapse image sequence of embryo depleted of Pcdh19. Transgenic (Tg(h2afv:GFPkca66)) embryos were injected with pcdh19MO, and time-lapse image sequences were collected. Each image frame is a maximum intensity projection of two sections spaced at 2.5 µm and collected at 2-min intervals. Image adjustments were performed as described in Video 1.
