Transduced NRK cells were imaged by live confocal microscopy; the stack contains 16 optical sections at intervals of 0.2 µm. Syt VII (C/S) is retained in the Golgi and does not accumulate on the plasma membrane with CFP-CD63 (Y/A). The video is displayed at one frame per second, corresponding to one stack per second.
