Video 1.

Rapid and simultaneous translocation of Syt VII–YFP and CFP-CD63 from lysosomes to nascent phagosomes, followed by Lamp1-RFP. BMMs were transduced with Syt VII–YFP, CFP-CD63, and Lamp1-RFP and exposed to zymosan particles. Images were acquired by time-lapse spinning-disk confocal microscopy for 12 min at one frame per 10 s. Panels show Syt VII–YFP (green), CFP-CD63 (blue), Lamp1-RFP (red), and differential interference contrast (DIC). The video is displayed at eight frames per second. Bar, 6 µm.
