Video 6.

Deposition of laminin- γ2–GFP on the glass surface. MCF-10Aeco cells expressing laminin- γ2–GFP were seeded on glass-bottomed dishes at a low density, and time-lapse images of the cells were collected at 5-min intervals for 12 h 30 min using a DeltaVision Core system. Laminin- γ2–GFP is deposited on the glass surface upon outgrowth of lamellipodia and remains on the glass after the cells move away. This video is shown at 10 frames/s.
