Myosin VI dimer-coated nanospheres ( ∼10 dimers per nanospheres) landing from solution on a detergent-extracted keratocyte and moving from the cell edge to the cell center (this video is a sample of movement tracked and shown in Fig. 1 f ). Video frames are 1 s apart and the playback rate is set at 30 frames/s.
