Behavior of FabAuB and Fab311 in HeLa cells. HeLa cells were loaded with FabAuB-488 and Fab311-555. FabAuB-488 (top right) and Fab311-555 (top left) images were captured at 10-min intervals using an inverted microscope (Ti-E) with a Plan-Apochromat VC 100× NA 1.4 oil immersion objective lens. The merged images of FabAuB-488 (green) and Fab311-555 (magenta) are also shown (bottom left). The elapsed time from the start of acquisition (hours:minutes) is indicated. Some still images are shown in Fig. 4 A. The display rate is 6 frames/s.
