Nonphosphorylatable 9×S/A EGFP-CLASP2(340–1,362) in a HaCaT keratinocyte at the edge of a migrating cell sheet. This cell also expresses mRFP-GSK3β(S9A) (inset). The 9×S/A mutation rescues CLASP2(340–1,362)–MT association and largely disrupts the spatiotemporal gradient of CLASP2–MT binding. Images were acquired every 5 s.
