Video 10.

EGFP-CLASP2(340–1,362) and mCherry-paxillin in a HaCaT keratinocyte at the edge of a migrating cell sheet. Focal adhesion and CLASP2 dynamics appear to be spatiotemporally correlated, and CLASP2-decorated MTs surround focal adhesions during adhesion site turnover. Inset shows a higher magnification. Images were aquired every 3 min. The video plays at 10 frames per second and is thus accelerated 1,800 times. Corresponds to Fig. 7 C.
