DIC time-lapse sequence of HaCaT keratinocyte sheet migration 24 h after wounding of a confluent monolayer. Edge cells are highly polarized and extend a flat lamella in the direction of migration. The total length of sequence is 180 min. Images were acquired every 30 s. The video plays at 30 frames per second and is thus accelerated 900 times.
