Invadopodium lifetimes in MTLn3 cells expressing 3YE cortactin. An 150-min time-lapse video of GFP-actin in MTLn3 cells expressing the 3YE cortactin pseudo phospho-mimic. Lifetimes of invadopodium precursors are unstable compared with cells expressing WT or 3YF cortactin, as shown in Videos 3 and 4, respectively. Images were acquired every 2 min and movie speed is 10 frames/second.
