Arg-YFP and cortactin-RFP colocalize to membrane protrusions in response to adhesion to fibronectin. Time-lapse video of a representative arg−/− fibroblast expressing Arg-YFP and cortactin-RFP spreading on a glass coverslip coated with 10 µg/ml fibronectin.
