Note that although cells in the delamination region still moved toward the epiblast layer in a reduced velocity, many of them could not efficiently delaminate, thus moving toward the vegital pole together with the epiblasts. Red marks an epiblast, and green marks a cell within the delamination region. Yellow lines at the end of the video indicate the hypoblast layer (2–3 layers of cells), which is thinner than that of the control shown in Video 1. One frame was collected per minute. Eight frames were displayed per second.
