Control for RNAi experiments. This video shows that untreated S2 cells expressing H2B-GFP and mCherry-tubulin divide normally. The chromosomes condense and align at the metaphase plate, and sister chromatids are pulled toward opposite poles in anaphase as the spindle elongates.
