Migration of growth-arrested WT MEFs stimulated with PDGF-AA. Migration of WT MEFs, stimulated with 50 ng/ml PDGF-AA in the absence of EIPA, was assessed by a wound-healing assay. Cells were placed in a heated chamber (37°C) on the stage of an Axiovert 40C inverted microscope with a 20× objective and monitored with an XC-77CE video camera controlled by HiPic software. Images were taken at 15-min intervals for ∼5 h.
