FRAP of the PtdIns4P reporter GFP-Osh2PH. This video, corresponding to still images in Fig. 2 B, demonstrates the ability of the PtdIns4P reporter GFP-2xPHOsh2 (carried in a BY4741 background) to recover fluorescence after photobleaching. The demarcated area represents the portion of the cell where FRAP was measured. Frames were collected every 5 s and each frame is displayed every 0.1 s.
