FRAP of GFP-Stt4–based PIK patches. This video, corresponding to still images in Fig. 2 B, demonstrates the ability of GFP-Stt4 (DBY42) to recover fluorescence after photobleaching. The demarcated area represents the portion of the cell where FRAP was measured. Frames were collected every 5 s and each frame is displayed every 0.2 s.
