TIRFM analysis reveals exocytosis of post-Golgi vesicles from both daughter cells at the cleavage furrow. BSC1 cells expressing VSVG-YFP were imaged by TIRFM acquiring one image per 0.6 s (from Fig. 4 A). Playback is at 50 frames per second.
