Manual tracking of post-Golgi vesicles that are directed to the cleavage furrow from both daughter cells. VSVG-YFP–labeled post-Golgi vesicles in Video 1 were manually tracked using Image J from the Golgi region to the cleavage furrow in both daughter cells (from Fig. 3 B). Playback is at 10 frames per second.
