BE colon carcinoma cells were transfected with nontargeting control siRNA (AllStars; QIAGEN) and imaged by time-lapse phase-contrast microscopy in a humidified chamber at 37°C, 10% CO2 beginning at 72 h post-siRNA transfection. Phase-contrast images were acquired with a 20× objective (NA 0.45) at a rate of 1 frame per 240 s and all videos are 15 frames per second.
