The uninduced TetU2-45 HeLa stable cell line coexpressing Cherry-LacRep and GFP-coilin was monitored by live time-lapse microscopy acquiring z-stacks of 40 focal planes for GFP and Cherry channels every 5 min for 3.5 h. Each time point in the video is projected as the combined maximum intensity projection for both channels.
