A second example of dual live imaging of NEEP21-GFP (green) and endocytosed NgCAM (red) in a proximal dendrite. A DIV12 neuron expressing NEEP21-GFP and NgCAM was incubated in a live imaging chamber with Alexa 568–anti-NgCAM antibody, washed, and imaged every 3 s. Arrows indicate commencement of movements. Movements are most easily seen by manually advancing through the movie slowly in Quicktime. The playback speed is 3 frames/s. The asterisks indicate nonmoving compartments.
